Tamworth, Australia: Tamworth’s Olympic Pool came alive as the Tamworth City Swimming Club hosted its first swimming carnival of the year, drawing attention for the presence of international-level talent alongside strong regional competitors.
According to NBN News, around 150 swimmers took part in the carnival, travelling from across the North West region and beyond, underlining the growing appeal of the event. The participation of international swimmers added a competitive edge and gave local athletes a valuable opportunity to test themselves against higher benchmarks early in the season.
