Mohamed Salah made a host of records with his goal for Liverpool against Bournemouth on Matchday 1 of the Premier League 2025/26 season. Champions Liverpool downed the Cherries 4-2 at Anfield to start the new season on a high. Interestingly, Salah scored his side’s 4th goal of the night in the 94th minute. He paid a tribute to Diogo Jota and was left in tears after the match.
