Delhi, October 30: Puneri Paltan stormed into the final of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 with a thrilling 50–45 comeback victory over Telugu Titans at the Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium on Wednesday. The win marks their third final appearance in four years, setting up a high-voltage title clash against Dabang Delhi K.C. on Friday.

The semi-final clash was a raiding masterclass, with Aditya Shinde leading the charge for the Paltan with 21 points and Pankaj Mohite adding 10 more, both registering Super 10s. Despite valiant efforts from Telugu Titans’ Bharat Hooda (22 points) and Vijay Malik (10 points), the Titans’ hopes were dashed in the final minutes.
Telugu Titans made a dream start, powered by Hooda’s stunning Super Raid and strong defensive tackles from Ankit and Chetan Sahu to inflict the first All Out, racing to a 10–1 lead. Puneri Paltan, however, clawed their way back through Pankaj Mohite’s aggressive raids and a crucial tackle from Mohammad Amaan to reduce the deficit to 13–7.
By halftime, Bharat Hooda had completed his Super 10, keeping the Titans ahead 24–20, but the momentum was beginning to shift. Early in the second half, a powerful tackle from Gaurav Khatri sparked a second All Out, bringing Puneri Paltan right back into the contest.
With the score tied 33–33 entering the final quarter, both teams traded blows through successive Do-or-Die Raids, but it was Aditya Shinde’s brilliance that changed the tide. His four-point Super Raid gave the Paltan their first lead of the night and broke the Titans’ resistance.
Captain Aslam Inamdar, who had a quiet outing until then, stepped up with a decisive tackle to engineer a third All Out, sealing a sensational nine-point turnaround for the Paltan. They controlled the final minutes calmly to close out the 50–45 win.
Puneri Paltan, the Season 10 champions, now eye their second PKL title when they face Dabang Delhi K.C. in Friday’s grand finale — a matchup promising intensity, strategy, and redemption.
