Bhubaneswar : Bihar marked a significant milestone as two of its karate officials successfully cleared the prestigious Asian Karate Federation (AKF) Judge-B examination conducted in Colombo, Sri Lanka, during the 9th South Asian Karate Championship 2025. This achievement was applauded by renowned coach Mukesh Mishra, who highlighted the moment as a matter of immense pride for Bihar’s growing martial arts community. The exam, held from 2nd to 4th July, tested candidates on strict international standards, marking a new era for karate officiating from the region.
