New Delhi: Olympian Esha Singh once again stamped her authority on the Asian shooting stage by clinching gold in the women’s 10m air pistol event and leading India to the women’s team title at the Asian Shooting Championship (pistol & rifle) on Wednesday. The 21-year-old came from behind to win in thrilling fashion, adding to her growing legacy in international shooting.
In a high-quality final, Esha scored 239.8 points, edging out Chinese Taipei’s Cheng Yen-Ching (235.4) for the top spot, while Yu Ai-Wen earned bronze with 217.7 points.
