Carlos Alcaraz and Amanda Anisimova are set to headline the Queen’s Club Championships next year as both stars return to London in June 2026.

The Spanish world number two, who has lifted the trophy twice in the last three years, will aim to defend his title once again on the historic grass courts of West Kensington.

Anisimova, currently ranked world number four, made a memorable run in 2025 when women’s tennis returned to Queen’s for the first time since 1973, finishing as runner-up to Germany’s Tatjana Maria.

Both Alcaraz and Anisimova reached the Wimbledon finals earlier this year, falling short against Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek respectively.

The women’s competition will run from 6–14 June, followed by the men’s event from 13–21 June.

“Queen’s is always special for me. The atmosphere, the fans, everything makes it an incredible week,” said Alcaraz. “Winning again this year was amazing, and I’m motivated to come back stronger to defend my title.”

Alcaraz defeated Jiri Lehecka in a hard-fought three-set final last season, drawing a peak BBC audience of over 1.7 million viewers. Meanwhile, Anisimova’s impressive run at Queen’s helped fuel her deep campaigns at Wimbledon and the US Open later in the year.
