Puneri Paltan showcased grit and balance to overcome Bengaluru Bulls in a tie-breaker thriller, climbing to the top of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 points table on Thursday.
With both teams locked 29-29 at the end of regulation time at the SDAT Multi Purpose Indoor Stadium, the contest went into a tie-breaker for the second time this season between the two sides. Paltan once again held their nerve, sealing a memorable double over the Bulls.
The result underlined Paltan’s all-round strength, with both raiders and defenders stepping up in crunch moments, while the Bulls’ late fight wasn’t enough to change the outcome.
