Last month, we celebrated sport’s biggest event, the Olympics. Though India had its own reasons to cheer, its medal tally was once again restricted to the single-digit figure. But, what led to this? For the first time, SS hosted a dedicated arthroscopy conference for female athletes and laid the foundation of Orissa Mountaineering Association along with its partners to promote adventure sports in Odisha and across the country at the grass root level.
