Lokesh Subramani Claims Malaysia Junior Squash Crown

India’s Lokesh Subramani won the boys’ Under-17 title at the Malaysia Squash Junior Open, defeating home favourite Muhammad Ifwat Zulkifli in straight games in Sunday’s final in Kuala Lumpur.

The second-seeded Indian registered an 11-6, 11-2, 11-8 victory to secure the championship.

Other Indians Post Strong Results

Aadya Budhia reached the girls’ U-17 semifinals, while Aryaman Singh advanced to the boys’ U-17 last four.

Divyanshi Jain (girls’ U-13), Avisha Agarwal (girls’ U-11) and Shravin Jain (boys’ U-19) also impressed, reaching the quarterfinals in their respective categories.
