Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs has been arrested on several domestic abuse-related charges in Wisconsin, according to police reports and court records.
Authorities said Jacobs faces multiple allegations, including battery, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and felony strangulation. The 28-year-old was reportedly taken into custody earlier this week.
The Packers organization has not yet issued a detailed public statement regarding the case. Jacobs, a three-time Pro Bowl selection, joined Green Bay after establishing himself as one of the NFL’s leading running backs in recent seasons.
