Bhubaneswar : India’s senior men’s football team coach Khalid Jamil has named a strong squad of 30 probables for the upcoming AFC Asian Cup 2027 qualifiers against Singapore. The team is gearing up for two crucial matches, starting with the away game in Singapore on October 9, followed by the home fixture in Goa on October 14.
Veteran striker Sunil Chhetri makes a much-anticipated return to the squad, bringing his invaluable experience back to the Blue Tigers. The 30 probables include goalkeepers Amrinder Singh, Gurmeet Singh, and Gurpreet Singh Sandhu. The defensive lineup boasts players like Anwar Ali, Bikash Yumnam, Chinglensana Singh Konsham, Hmingthanmawia Ralte, and Rahul Bheke among others.
