Indian wushu player Aparna Dahiya clinched a gold medal in the women’s 52kg category at the 11th Sanda World Cup in Macau, delivering a standout performance for India on the international stage.
Aparna’s triumph contributed to India’s strong overall campaign at the prestigious event, where the Indian contingent secured multiple medals across categories.
The Indian wushu team finished the competition with an impressive medal tally, including two gold medals, one silver and two bronze medals. Aparna emerged as one of the biggest stars of the tournament with her dominant display in the sanda event.
Her victory once again highlighted India’s growing presence in international wushu competitions and added another proud chapter to the country’s combat sports achievements.
