Pereira, 38, regained the belt he lost to the Russian in March at UFC 313. After the bout, Pereira said through an interpreter, “Vengeance is a poison sometimes,” but his performance spoke volumes. Dvalishvili extends dominant title run
In the co-main event, Merab Dvalishvili defended his bantamweight title for the third straight time with a one-sided win over Cory Sandhagen. Nicknamed The Machine, Dvalishvili landed 20 takedowns and threw 385 strikes over five rounds. The Georgian now holds a record 117 career takedowns in the UFC. Procházka still in title frame
Former champion Jiří Procházka scored a vintage knockout win over Khalil Rountree Jr., reminding fans he still belongs among the elite at 205 pounds. Though Procházka has lost twice to Pereira, both defeats came under challenging circumstances — including short notice and a long injury layoff. His latest performance keeps him firmly in the title mix.
