Men’s 100m – Manikanta Makes History

Manikanta Hoblidhar (23) stormed to gold in 10.19 seconds, smashing his own meet record from 2023.

Former record-holder Amlan Borgohain clocked 10.43s to finish fifth.

Women’s 100m – Sneha Strikes Gold

Sneha SS took the title in 11.62s, winning by a slim margin.

Sudeshna Shivankar (11.64s) and Abinaya Rajarajan (11.67s) followed closely in one of the most competitive races of the day.

Men’s 400m – Rajesh Ramesh in Command

Paris 2024 Olympian and relay mainstay Rajesh Ramesh won the men’s one-lap final in 45.75s.

This was his third sub-46s performance of the season, underlining his consistency.

Women’s 400m – Pathak Stays Strong

Neeru Pathak delivered a composed race to win in 52.85s.

Olimba Steffi (53.75s) and Priya Mohan (54.04s) completed the podium.
