Shivam Lohakare, just 20 years old, shattered Neeraj Chopra’s Services record with a phenomenal 84.31m throw at the 74th Inter Services Athletics Championship.

With 16 Indians now in the 80m club, and eight joining in the last three years, javelin throwing in India has never looked brighter.
