Shymkent, Kazakhstan – The 16th edition of the Asian Shooting Championships is set to commence in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, running from August 16 to 30. India is sending a robust contingent, headlined by Manu Bhaker, a double medallist at the recent Paris Olympics. However, Olympic medallists Sarabjot Singh and Swapnil Kusale will not be participating in this continental showpiece.
While preliminary and qualification rounds are slated to begin on Saturday, August 16, the finals across various disciplines will kick off on August 18.
