Japan Open 2025: Badminton’s Biggest Stars Set for Tokyo Showdown

Tokyo : The DAIHATSU Japan Open 2025 Badminton Championships are set to electrify the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium from July 15 to 20, 2025. As part of the prestigious HSBC BWF World Tour Super 750, this tournament brings together the world’s top badminton talent, including India’s best shuttlers, to compete for glory and a share of the impressive US$950,000 prize pool.

Venue : Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, Shibuya, Tokyo

Prize Money : US$950,000

PV Sindhu: Two-time Olympic medallist, returning after a tough season and injury setbacks, looking to reclaim her top form.

Chirag Shetty & Satwiksairaj Rankireddy: Asia’s reigning Games champions and consistent semi-finalists, eager to capture their first title of the season.
